Initiate Your Request
Log into your LiberNovo account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware and assembly instructions are included to prevent damage during transit.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned furniture or decor, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
